Winter is almost officially here, but in the Pacific Northwest, it definitely feels like winter already; cold hard rain, blustery wind; the sun rises late and leaves us at about 4 PM. This is the best season to curl up with a book. Happily for me, I have a lovely collection of galleys to see me into the new year. Have a peek:
